Good Sunday Morning Everyone!

Cyn, Lacey, yes the inconsistency of the meals coming out of our restaurant lately makes us just want to eat at home & go out for drinks. It really isn't worth it.

H is mid shift today, so it was OM bacon, fried potatoes, 2 eggs over lightly and honey wheat toast & oj/coffee for him.

Lunch will be hot roast beef sandwiches and potato salad.

I think I am making homemade vegetable pizza for dinner.

Have a great Sunday everyone. kelsie

Kelsie, If I cooked half of those meals you make and had half the imagination you have we'd probably never get to eat out. Hubby would be in heaven. Oh heck, we hardly ever eat out now!! He's being patient and hoping that some of this good cooking rubs off on me! Ha!

It's been weeks since we dabble with peasant food so tonight it will most likely be potato sandwiches with iced tea. I just have the craving and can't think of a better way to celebrate....

Celebrate? What are you celebrating, Nomad? Let us help!

Speaking of cravings...I just cooked some wonderful jumbo shrimp and it's in the fridge for shrimp cocktail sometime and there's a pineapple upside down cake in the oven right now. Man, does it smell good in here.
