I'm with skbs on that one. Don't worry...it's our secret. Enjoy the movie. Too early to know what's going on in DH's little brain for dinner tonight. Right now, he's getting all his housework done. I'm not sure whether to giggle about that or feel guilty. This has been the first time in my adult life that someone else has done all the work and all the cooking. It's a very strange feeling, I can assure you.

Pouring rain here - sounds like a good day to hang out on the sofa and read. I'll let you know when dinner is settled.

If I was looking at a house and spotted/smelled stuffed cabbage I'd invite myself for dinner

Love slow-cooked anything. I think it's because you spend hours smelling the delicious aromas and it gets your juices flowing and your imagination running wild. When you finally sit down to eat it, you've been craving it, fantasizing about it for so long, that mmmmmm, it's just sooooo yummy.

Just a regular prepared, tomatillo based salsa? Crockpot? Any particular cut of pork? IMWTK

I think I'l slow cook the leftover pork tenderloin from the other night with BBQ sauce, and maybe make some potato salad...as if eating potato salad will ward off the cold weather longer.

Tonight is a chicken and sausage skillet over rice. It's a new recipe so we'll see how it turns out.

Tonight I'm making baked chicken breasts stuffed with pesto parmesan ham and topped with romano cheese. You slice the boneless, skinless chicken breasts lengthwise, lay two pieces of ham inside and close the top piece of chicken; top with grated romano cheese. Place in a glass pan with just a 1/4" of water and bake at 375 for 40 minutes. They're so good. As a side I'm making homemade mac n' cheese and salad.

I've just been informed to make myself a BLT for my dinner as I'm batching tonight. Wife has to do a flu clinic today and I'm home alone tonight. She has already cooked the bacon so that's the hard part done. As long as I cut the tomato instead of my fingers all is cool....

Tonight I am again doing a new dish...oh wait, me? I guess I'm on a roll! Ha! I'm making some chicken with honey dijon mustard sauce (I'm making the sauce from scratch--oh my!) pierogies (potatoe and cheese) and the left over cabbage from yesterdays cabbage rolls. The pierogies are the frozen kind but who knows, maybe someday I will learn how to make those from scratch too!
