With the current state of TV I'm so happy to have CDs, and when I get my turntable fixed good old vinyl LPs, music is such a wonderful thing, and a good local library!

Have leftover sausage, I guess tonight'll be something simple like a sausage parm sandwich.

Well a squeeze of lemon would be the less caloric...but I would love it with remoulade sauce. Remoulade Sauce Recipe : Emeril Lagasse : Food Network

Tastefully Simple's headquarters is in our town and our step niece works there. I've bought some stuff at craft shows-like the "garlic-garlic".

I'm usually a simple ketchup/mayo/horseradish/lemon/Tabasco kinda guy but Elston's remoulade sounds very tempting

I am considering goulash tonight. I have some frozen still and should use it up I guess. Besides once I get done out in the yard I am not going to feel much like cooking I am sure. I've only just begun this morning and am already tired! And sore! Ah, the fun of it all! But it will be worth it all come spring and we can enjoy the beauty of all that (MY) hard work! Once I get done outside the inside of the house will be ready for it's cleaning--does it ever end??????????? No need to answer that question, we all know the answer!
