It's 21 degrees and snowing like crazy here in NE Ohio. Feels like a good day to simmer some nice hearty meatballs and spaghetti on the stove. Hoping I have the ingredients, because nobody's leaving here for a few days.

Denise, we usually grill them with a little Teriyaki (sp?) and serve over white rice with a green veggie on the side.

I was thinking of maybe grilling but it is so windy here today, not sure if the grill will stay lit, it's a little old! How's the wind on your side?

LaseyEx helped me with frying pork chops and they turned out wonderful. I always over cooked them really badly but now have learned, from LaseyEx, to just quick them and I just put salt and pepper on them. Good flavor!!

How long do you fry them for, I'm afraid of over cooking too.

I am sure it would, and since I don't like the breasts because I find them dry, I might add a little oil to the mustard, honey mix I hope the you like it if you try it.

Of the two I would go with the grey poupon with horseradish.....is it grey poupon "dijon" with horseradish? If so yes it would be different but good.

I would recommend running out for some dijon though.

Thanks elston. I am going to run to the store..well actually drive as it's 8 miles to the closest store. That isn't what I wanted to do but hubbie just informed me he has to get a few items too so since we do everything together guess I'll be going along and get a few items I could use here. UGH!!
