Yes, it is a good blog. I like her love story about meeting her husband best.

Congratulations Lacey!!! Thank you for your kind, supportive and funny posts - and for always being there for everyone

Dinner tonight - Pasta Bake. Y'all call it funny names like Goulash and Chop Suey....

My 'recipe' is the the same kinda thing but probably with a lot more garlic - it's easy peasy, smells yummy and goes down a treat! With a ceasar salad and garlic bread

Got a late start today and I just got caught up. Thank you all for the new recipes.

I'm trying a new recipe with "what else?" chicken. It's called:

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

6 boneless chicken halves
1 8oz. container whipped cream cheese with onion and chives
6 bacon strips

Flatten chicken and spread 3 tb. cc over each piece. Sprinkle with salt, roll up, and wrap with 1 slice of bacon.

Place seam side down in greased pan. Bake uncovered at 375 for 40-45 minutes.

Of course I am changing the recipe and leaving out the bacon but adding fresh diced tomatoes and serving it with something green.

Yum Lisa!!! Are you add the tomatoes to the dish while it cooks?

I think I will add the tomatoes for the last 20 minutes or so. I don't want them too done.

Lisa if you put the tomatoes first then topped with the chicken that might be a way to keep them from getting dry.
