L, you are sweet.

Kats, thank you for the recipe.

I would like to thank everyone who have repped me this weekend and today. I tried to return the gesture, but was not allowed.

Lacey make sure you have copies of everything... when I was on bedrest the DR told me you can never be TOO safe and she double copied it all for me and told me to carry a copy w/ me and a copy w/ hubby.... I was glad I did w/ amount of times I was in and out.... came in handy- not to say you are going to need it but you can never be too safe.

Everyone's meals sound so good tonight. I took the easy way out. I am feeling a tad uncomfortable... so I grabbed subs. BUT I did it myself LOL.... that is an achievment I haven't been able to do all week.

Went to the DR and I do have an infection. I am on antibiotics now.... I am just waiting for all this to be over. Took my first dose about 40 min ago.... Dranks some crandberry juice as well.... talked about the whole beet/spinach situation. I guess it isn't BAD for you... UNLESS you were eating them in mass quantities LOL..... Now why would anyone go and do that??!!?? LOL hahaha

Yea, that was kinda played down.... LOL.... but I did say I ate them "frequently"....LOL... I don't think he understands what frequently means... I mean I must be the only person who could crack a can of beets to just kill the munchies.....

Well Hub got home late from the gathering yesterday so BBQ chicken breasts, fries and gravy tonight. I get to fire up the BBQ Hub is all excited. I don't make wet fries to often, but when I do it reminds him of home. I like to do the BBQing cause Hub has a tendency to burn food on the grill. He likes everything well done and I tell him I don't mind WELL, but not blackened ha ha ha ha

I have never made a pork roast. I have only done a pork tenderloin hmmmm. Looks like something new on the list
Thank you all for the support and words of wisdom towards Cyn. I appreciate it very much & I know she does too.
Lacey I am happy to here MR L is doing better. One day at a time Thank goodness he has you and your love. Oh I dislike ice chips!! I was so thirsty when I was in labor and for some reason ice chips just were not cutting it.... I was so stubborn that I let the chips melt just so I had something to drink ha ha ha ha.
YL hope you can get out soon. Darn snow
George thank you for your nice words. The fact is I cook for this family on most occasions. 30-40 people sometimes during the holidays. I enjoy doing it. Growing up my Stepdad really made a big deal out of cooking on the holidays. Even if it was just for a couple people he would still have a spread for a large party. Just in case someone stopped by... I get alot of inspiration from those memories. Besides, I came from a small family and I enjoy the company Like here the more the marrier
