This is the one I am making, here is Kelsie's post:

Debsi: make a paste of oo, fresh garlic, Italian parsley, rosemary, Greek Seasoning, Sage & Margoram. Spread all over the pork. Insert garlic cloves and minced onion into each side of the pork. Put pork on a rack in roasting pan, add chicken broth in bottom of the pan, put roast in a 400 degree preheated oven for 30 mins., lower tem to 350 and roast to an internal temp. of 150. Let rest 15 mins. and make your gravy

Hi all-Cyn I was having chicken cacciatore too but there's some Boars head roast beef and being it was $12 a lb think I'll have some of that with fat free gravy on eng whole wheat muffins and the chicken tomorrow.

Yes all my car is happy and full. Found a self serve station at 15 cents more per gal-but hey I'm worth it!

Mr. L is improving everyday-more swelling gone, doc is happy, I'm happy. No liquids or foods yet-maybe tomorrow liquids, next day solid. He feels we won't need records to take with-as faxes work-but he doesn't know NJ! He'll arm us with prescriptions. Plus he has to have FiberCon and Activia daily.

I smuggled his shaving gear in so he feels much better after getting cleaned up.

Elston-bet that is so comforting with your snow.

That is good news Lacey, and I am glad you fed the car too, what a good mom.

Lacey, just to let you know when I had a mishap in Atlantic City 2 yrs. ago, they said that they faxed my information to our dr. down here and he never got it. Then SOCH said the same thing. Guess what! Yep, my dr. never got it. Copies for sure.

Roast Beef sounds good. H working late, made him a large hm turkey pot pie, there will be plenty of leftovers. I just finished a delicious broiled pizza burger.

3:00 dr's appt. tomorrow for H. He asked me today what I am cooking for the dr's office staff tomorrow. I am thinking some spaghetti, shrimp, clams etc. Any suggestions they eat anything.
