thank you, now if i find squid in the local market....frozen or fresh! Thanks it sounds easy. There was one ingredient that I didnt recognize I think it may have been a type of wine???????I can google it....and this isnt something I am making this week. thanks for the link.

Elston, I have orange miso in the fridge and have not been able to find a recipe for miso soup. Can you share your recipe for the soup please?

I am making MEATLOAF tonight. Found a frozen bag of ground meat in the freezer so it's getting cooked.

I have a bunch of meatloaf recipes from here so now it's just a matter of deciding which will be the lucky one for tonight.

Probably rice and beans with it.

Elston I meant to ask about the ramen noodles. You just boil them in chicken or beef stock?

The only thing I know about ramen noodles is those instant cup things. is that the same? That's very high sodium isn't it?

I was going tomake beef barley also as it is rainy here but...............oh well.

Lacey...the Amaretto raisins were so good. Thanks for the tip!
