I'm going to attempt to make chicken rollups stuffed with cilantro pesto and mozzarella. I'll be adding a salad and steamed broccoli. I didn't have to make 'baby angels' yesterday but did today so that is what will be for dessert.

Gosh...I had a really decent but early dinner of homemade mostaccioli with mild Italian sausage with fennel seeds (from Nottoli & Son, Italian Sausage Shop & Deli in Chicago), a bright mixed green salad, and homemade crusty garlic bread (lots and lots of garlic, I love garlic).

But I have dinner envy again after reading everyone else's dinner this evening...the stomach is growling!

Best regards, sincerely
