We had last minute company. I made pulled pork with wild boar, rolls, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese with bacon, onions and red bell pepper mix ins and caramel apple crisp with homemade caramel sauce.

I usually put tamarind paste in my barbecue sauce, but I was out and not able to get to the store that sells the paste. I handed my DH some tamarind pods and he made the paste for me. I thought that was very nice of him

Last night we had roast beef with potatoes and gravy and cooked carrots with green salad.

Tonight we will have ham steak with asparagus, green salad and corn casserole. My body building son is home and I'm blown away at how much he eats. He had 4 eggs and 2 bowls of cereal for breakfast. Unanticipated (2nd) trip to grocery store this afternoon.
