We had a grill a thon last night so todays choices whenever one gets hungry is:
Pork Chops, thin cut and thick cut
Chicken Breast
Pork Steaks
Hamburgers
Vegetable beef soup
Homemade macaroni and cheese with or without hamburger meat
Pasta with or without hamburger meat
Then the usual choices of cottage cheese, applesauce, steamed vegetables of your choice
and anything else you might find and want to eat.
Hubby's night to choose. He chose chicken fried rice with spring rolls. I am adding egg drop soup as it's an icky day outside. Going to the store to get the fixings for all of it.
Roasted beet salad with warm maple-mustard dressing, pine nut alfredo over homemade ravioli with peas, sweet peppers and portobellos. For dessert, ginger cookies and pumpkin spice almond lattes made with homemade pumpkin syrup.
