Vegetarian samosas (not home made; bought frozen at an Indian grocery store) with mango-pineapple chutney.
Pistachio halva for dessert.
I love samosas!!!! My local Indian stores serves them and it is always a treat for me. Hubby just gets lost in this store and the daughter who has blue eyes but extremely strict parents are family friends.
It's my daughter's 17th birthday today, so I am making her requests for dinner. Cashew chicken curry, green beans with garlic and chocolate mousse with raspberries.
These things don't go together very well, but I think it will be very enjoyable all the same.
Hamburger nice & juicy with lettuce, mayo & the last yellow tomato given to me by a friend from their garden. Chocolate milk to drink it was very cold just the way I like it.

We had a big lunch, so dinner tonight was baked potatoes. I had a yummy Honeycrisp apple for dessert. We stopped by a farm stand yesterday for pumpkins. The apples came along for the ride.
Tonight we got food from Panda Express. I had the Sesame Honey Chicken, Broccoli and Beef and Chow Mein.
