2 chicken leg quarters roasted in the oven for hubby with rice and fresh steamed broccoli. I have a bad cold for 4 days now and I don't feel like eating much. I did have some crackers with cream cheese around 4:30 pm.

Just put a batch of turkey meatballs in the oven so it looks like spaghetti & meatballs w/garlic bread and salad.

It has been tooo long since I made homemade meatballs. Dinner sounds scrumptious - If you were a neighbor, I'd swap.
