An amazing arm roast cooked in my pressure cooker then cooked potatoes, carrots, onions next in it. When it was all finished I made gravy from the drippings & the lovely crunchies on the bottom of the pressure cooker. More than delicious and tender all in about an hour & 10 minutes cooking time.
Been a month of almost no money, Tonight I am making a simple "ground beef throw-together" that some people call Spanish Rice, but I don't always put in the same seasonings. I like to vary it up.
