What's on Tonights Dinner menu? (2013, part 2) (cardamon, buffet, grilled, avocado)

Bacon, Egg, and Hash Brown Casserole.

Beets and green bean salad with a fried chicken breast.

I hit the salad bar at Whole Foods and got a mini shrimp cocktail as well.

An amazing arm roast cooked in my pressure cooker then cooked potatoes, carrots, onions next in it. When it was all finished I made gravy from the drippings & the lovely crunchies on the bottom of the pressure cooker. More than delicious and tender all in about an hour & 10 minutes cooking time.

Chicken cooked in the crockpot with potatoes, broccoli, and potato salad. We also had some of my home canned pepperoncini with it on the side.

Tonight we had tortelinni with butter and parmesean cheese on it.

Steak marinated in Korean barbecue sauce, along with sides of rice and steamed broccoli.

We are going to have chicken thighs, sweet mashed potatoes and green salad.

Been a month of almost no money, Tonight I am making a simple "ground beef throw-together" that some people call Spanish Rice, but I don't always put in the same seasonings. I like to vary it up.
