I like bone-in as well, but tonight is boneless. The only good looking boner in the store was 2x the price of the best looking boneless.

Baked tilapia with stewed tomatoes & mashed potatoes. Tossed salad. Berry parfait for dessert.

A garden fresh medley of steamed carrots, zucchini, cabbage and broccoli, baked potato with onion slivers topped with Ranch dressing, a petite pan-fried sirloin.
