grilled tri tip steak with bleu cheese

That is a favorite of ours! I'll grill a marinated tri-tip until it's just rare, then slice into strips, reassemble and the add crumbled bleu cheese over top, then I stick in our Breville oven and broil for about 5 minutes.
kids gone white water rafting so we are just the two of us.I'll find something simple in the freezer or even a bowl of soup
but I DID make a fresh peach pie this morning so I know we'll be having that!
Me too magicshark......I woke up at 4:30 this morning thinking about making a chili for the chili cook-off after church tomorrow. Its in the crock pot now for 6 hours...to finish cooking and to mellow.
I sampled it for my supper... and it is delicious....it maynot be a prize winner....I don't know...but it is delicious and different. I thought it might be too hot....but it is perfect!
