Roasted vegetable soup that my neighbor made, breaded chicken fingers and maybe some jasmine rice.
Change in plans, neither of us are in the mood for the above, although I did have a little bit of the soup as a snack earlier. I guess I call for take out.

I am going to make some buttered noodles with chunks of beef and veg from my leftover soup, topped with freshly grated parmesan. Ooh, just typing that out made my stomach growl.
On my own for dinner tonight and I just can't find anything that I want to cook. So far I have had yogurt, oatmeal, and a very small milkshake thanks to DH eating all of the ice cream except for about a large spoonful. Maybe some chips and salsa are calling my name.
Salad and cheddar, broccoli soup. It's not easy to be green.
