If you ate American for an entire year, you'd die of health complications.

Italian.

Wine sauces, tomato sauces, cheese sauces, garlic-butter sauces, soups, antipasti, pizza, pasta, rice, meat, seafood, fruits, vegetables, breads, cheeses, wines, liqueurs, cappuccino, expresso, and desserts. Yum!

I don't like true Mexican. I really only like American Mexican. True Mexican food is too spicy. I thought about Chinese. But in the last few months for the first time in my life I have lost the desire for Chinese food. So my choice would go with Italian. Can you imagine a year without eating a pizza?

Thai is at the top of my list.

I love everything Thai...the obvious is pad thai...panang curry, tom yung gum, kao man gai...the list goes on! Unfortunately, most of these dishes are loaded with high amounts of calories/fat/salt, and so as a result, I only eat it rarely. But if I had no limitations and no health concerns, this would be my go to genre, hands down .
