I hope everyone had a great weekend. Tonight we are having:

Hungarian meatballs (veal and pork in a sauce I got from my mother-in-law) over Spatzle; cucumber, tomato and mozzarella skewers; crusty Italian loaf; and a new ice cream recipe (white chocolate, cranberry and pistachio).

Making corn cakes with scallions and bell peppers, and slaw, to go with leftover lentil stew.

I roasted a chicken yesterday. I made baby potatoes in the IP. So we will have leftover chicken and potatoes. And I will braise kale in the IP.
