I am grilling bone in chicken thighs for DH, I'll have some of the left over chili and I feel like making potato pancakes because I have some plain frozen shredded potatoes in the freezer I need to use up.

Caesar salad, steamed artichokes with lemon-mayo, and we'll split the other twice-baked potato.

My desserts last night were so good I wanted to buy more.

Bison cube steak cooked in the dutch oven with red wine, mushrooms and onions, and a side of garden tomatoes and avocado. Should probably serve the meat over some baby kale, chard and spinach.

Dessert will be a protein shake with added goodies (caramel extract, powdered chocolate, cinnamon, etc.)
