Aidells Belgian Style Wheat Ale (Blue Moon) Sausage, sliced and grilled on a bun, with melted cheese and lemonade. DH had a glass of beer with his sausage. I think he had two or mixed the one with a very spicy sausage. He likes to do the grilling whether on the one indoors or rarely outdoors. I think the one outdoors is low on propane now and he just isn't motivated enough to swap out. Likes the one indoors as it does pretty much the same and is easier to clean up.

Shopping and errand running day, so before we leave this morning I will put the split peas in the crock pot with the rest of the ingredients and by the time we return home there will be a big pot of split pea soup ready for dinner. I am thinking about grilled cheese sandwiches with the soup.

I am in a cooking rut I fear. Today I will try something new. I will be attempting blackened chicken and dirty rice. I will also make some corn on the cob to round out the meal.
