I'm so sorry for such a scary couple of days, A.T. Girl. I'd change that beer up for some rum and diet coke, but that's just me.
I felt too tired to make anything last night, so maybe I'll make last night's taquitos and fruit salad. I could also make a veggie stir-fry with rice, depending on what sounds good to the baby in a few hours.
Jeez ATG! That is truly crazy. Thank goodness you are physically ok. I am sure it is going to take awhile mentally. Good luck and may your move back go smoothly!
My dinner plans changed. No chicken salad for us. We went to a late lunch and we are stuffed. We went to my favorite restaurant http://kummerspeckfoods.com/
I got a grief burger. This is the king of burgers. Dry aged patty, horseradish crema, USA and gouda cheese, and fried shallots. With a house pickle and greens in a light dressing. I judge all burgers against this one now! I had a Grevensteiner to drink.
Nothing fancy tonight. Sometimes on Fridays, I'm just not in the mood to cook...so this pub pie is a good way to avoid that..served with salad and a glass or two or red wine.
Went out with friends for dinner.Appetizer was salmon tartar with dill and capers and seaweed grilled bread. Main dish was Ravioli of grilled mushrooms with wild mushroom sauce. For dessert crème brûlée with vanilla and white chocolate and a cup of black coffee.
