Last night was at McGehee's Catfish in Marietta, OK. There, I had fried catfish fillets, cole slaw, pickled tomato relish, hush puppies, fresh-cut fries, and iced tea.
I will add mung beans to the madras lentils packets, serve with spinach, cabbage, tomatoes, onions and cilantro. DH will probably have his over rice.

Right now we are relaxing on the porch while our lo naps. We are having 14 college kids over for dinner. Not focusing on that though...
We are keeping it real simple for dinner tonight. Our famous burgers, mac and cheese with bacon, and chips.

So far I have had five cups of tea, four slices of toast, one bowl of Singapore noodles and zero sympathy but plenty of ibuprofen from my beloved wife.
Now the worst of the hangover has disappated I'm beginning to enjoy the experience of slovenliness.
Happy Labor Day to all my American chums.
