I everyone..... I haven't been in in a bit... HOW ARE YOU GUYS???!!!!! I miss you all..... Cyn it's your birthday!!! Happy Birthday! I am so glad I made it in time to celebrate! I haven't had a chance to look back and read much. Things have been a bit crazy here. Have some stuff going on..... my mind isn't quite where it should be at the moment. Wanted to come in and sit with you all at the table and warm the heart a bit..... Didn't eat dinner... wasn't hungry. Tomorrow I will be sitting at Grandma's table with all my family so that will be a nice treat.... I am looking forward to that even if I am not hungry.... it will be fun.... love the company. Diva is on break this weak so I am looking forward to that- a full week with her home..... what a treat. I feel like I have so much to catch up on with you all.........

We're having what we call appetizer night. Having Teriyaki chicken skewers. Butter bean and sage pate, and olives stuffed with with blue cheese then lightly battered and fried.

Good golly miss Molly, sounds good.

I bought some thinly sliced black angus roast beef. I am going to make a sandwich with it and cheese on a bagle.

A homemade concoction of angel hair pasta with Alfredo sauce and teriyaki chicken meatballs I bought from Costco. The side dish was some slices of boiled zucchini sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

Lacey I am trying to get caught up but I have some chatty friends for sure on C-D. We have had 2 days back to back no rain so hopefully the ditches and fields will start drying out now since they have drained of standing waters. I agree with kelsie I think Dominos is going to be hurting for certain for awhile all over our country.

kelsie hope your fur baby is better.

cyn happy belated bday here but I was on time in your bday thread in the chat area. Hope you had a super nice day and your hand is doing better.

Coastal my tummy has been having empathy pains for your tummy I suppose. Mine kept me up most of the night last night hence why I am awake so late tonight. Didn't feel better until around 5pm last night OK now it seems. The Rolaids container and I was very friendly all night long.

MWBW I just realize over Easter that a lot of my recipes on my old computer are still there. I go pick it up on Monday it was just the modem knocked out from the lightening hit so this Vista computer is going back to the store. First thing I am doing when I get my old computer hooked up is making back up copies on CDs of my recipes.

skbs feel better soon and hurry back to us you are sure missed. We haven't had any Diva-sodes to tide us over for awhile either.

I had the lonely leftover burger in the fridge boy it was so yummy dried out and over cooked. What mom's won't do as to not waste food eh? The summer sausage I made turned out really good took some down to our neighbor lady too. Guess I better go lay down for a bit I said that in another thread over an hour ago.

Good morning everyone! I hope you're all enjoying your weekend!

I'm thinking I really might actually cook something tonight! What a shocker!

I get food envy everytime I wander in here.

Have a great day filled with delicious food!

Good Morning: I just got done presenting the cyber breakfast buffet over at the "Cozy Inn" and now here I am thinking of supper.....I think it will be a ham I picked up after Easter.....and who knows what to go with it....probably mashed potatoes but baked sweet potatoes have a chance of making an appearance. It will come to me as the day goes forward.

Mermaid....good luck with your cooking....let us know what you decide.

Good morning all.

Mermaid-you will conquer the kitchen.

Hawaii-Chinese fried wings are so very good. Back in NJ we always ordered them and they were huge.

MWBW-I am baking challenged to say the least-I'm enjoying them vicariously.

Going to marinate that flat iron steak, baked potatoes, sour cream, salad, maybe corn.

Cyn hope you loved MB-I do.
