Dinner last night was leftover veal parmesan and ziti from a VFW in Rhode Island run by italians... to die for!!!!!! Had it for lunch along with Calamari Providence style (hot peppers and juice of) and couldn't finish all the food.
Not sure what tonight will be yet... off for lunch with a friend which will consist of a BIG, FAT lobstah roll!! lol Not sure what I'll need for supper after that!
Oh...and I got a coupon for a free Steampot at Joe's Crab Shack. Guess where I'm going this evening ???
Tonight will be cubed steak, cooked in the slow cooker with bell pepper, onion, garlic, and the au jus thickened into gravy - along with beef rice-a-roni, green beans, whole kernal corn, dinner rolls.

I just wish that I could find a butcher shop that had veal. Guess I must drive into one of the larger cities tho'. Last night we had salad with leftover chicken tenders (from the deli) sliced in it. Sweet tea, of course and very much later, good old strawberries again. May turn into one, if I don't watch out...
Tonight, if I get back in time, =BBQpork steaks. May put them in the oven before we leave, and then, maybe not!!! See y'all later. Have a good day, what's left of it.
Beef Stroganoff cooking in the slow cooker. Too hot to do anything else. I thought I would make DH a good meal before I head East tomorrow. He'll be eating sandwiches until I get back
Noma - Are you putting any peppers on that sandwich?
