I haven't been here much because I am reduced to cooking in the bathroom in a temp kitchen. Let's just say my meals making has not been creative or exciting.

Tonight hubby is having chicken Parmesan and I am having a Greek salad.

That sounds delish! Do you have a recipe for the flank steak? I make mine with just a little but of garlic and lemon juice and then i make a black bean, avocado and cilantro salad to pair it with. Its amazing in the summer

Sure, i make this all the time.

I use equal parts Soy sauce, Worchesterchire sauce, and Balsamic vinegar. Usually one cup of each. Pour it into a bag, throw a chopped onion, a bay leaf, and some peppercorn in. Put the Flank steak in. I usually try to suck all the air out and put it in a skinny dish (the bag) so the whole flank stays covered in the marinade.

Marinate for a minimum of 4 hours.

I reserve the onions for grilling. Super good.

Season steak and grill to desired temp
