Sunday is generally pasta.

Spaghetti with tomato sauce, grated pecorino cheese, and crushed red pepper; ricotta cheese, meatballs, crunchy breadsticks, and Pepsi. For dessert, a small slice of chocolate cream pie, some marshmallow-iced devil's food cake, and rum raisin ice cream.

Salmon patties made from:

1 can salmon
a squeeze of lemon
garlic salt and pepper
1 egg
flour.

Fried in oil until crispy.

Tonight we are going out to eat since my husband has an induction ceremony tonight. He's being accepted into Phi Theta Kappa since he's had straight A's for the last year at college.
