The tuna concoction will have:

pickles (but of course)

Miracle Whip
tiny sliced Granny Smith apples
a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
red onion
s&p.

This week's dinner selections are from among a potpourri of things that looked good at the supermarket. Here they are: large sea scallops (I may pan-sear them and put in melted butter for dipping), creamed spinach, lasagna, cheese toast, chili cheeseburgers with Nolan Ryan beef, and pozole with a side of corn chips.
