Shish Kebabs for dinner, then several ounces of the best belgian chocolate fudge in the universe. Oh how I do enjoy a healthy diet!

I got a new quesadilla maker yesterday and it's great!

What's not so great about dinner is that I found out I don't really like turkey at all but even worse with cheese.

I thought EVERYTHING tasted better with cheese... =(

Stuffed green peppers. Filling - rice, mushrooms, cheese, ground "meat" (TVP) and marinara sauce. We're going to get our first snow, the pantry is well stocked and this is a good time to bake something hearty

YLisa & southdown so good to see you both back around the dinner table!

Kids are spending the night with various friends so I stopped & got me some stuffed breadsticks and a caesar salad for supper.

Mushroom barley soup and some very nice bread...which happens to be the sourdough multi-grain seeded baguette.

I mentioned this in the Favorite Soup thread. Someone suggested that I post the recipe. Recipe? I made it tonight so that I would be able to post something that looks like a recipe. I am so pleased with the way that it turned out. I think that this is the best batch of this soup that I've ever made. It was so good, it deserves a song. LOL
