been working my fingers off this morn~ tonight got leftover ribs~ fresh potato salad~ deviled eggs~ salad- as heads are only 20 cents each you gotta eat salad~ probably fresh peas for vegetable- maybe asperagus
Last night we had an incredible alfredo seafood pasta filled with lobster, scallops, shrimp, and bacon. We got adventurous and it kicked butt!
Tonight is BBQ night (as most holidays are). I'm gonna fire up the grill and do a couple thick T bone steaks, marinated chicken thighs, and garlic brautwursts. A good side of steaming mashed potatoes and ceasar salad should round it out!
Stir-fried oriental veggie (snow peas, broccoli, water chesnuts, bamboo shoots, carrots, onion, red peppers) and seafood (octopus, mussels, shrimp, cuttle fish, and squid) mix, in a terrific sauce.
Shrimp cocktail, fried oysters(fresh), baked potatoe, and later, fresh strawberries on angel food cake with fresh made whipped cream....and a Kahula coffee.
That's enough to give me some ???dreams.
