Parmesan garlic chicken cutlets
Homemade whole wheat mac & cheese (this is a first for me-the cheese sauce is homemade-which is reduced fat)

Everyone's dinner sounds delicious tonight. I had a frozen store bought three meat pizza. But, for dessert I had some delicious Fannie May Mint Meltaways that arrived by UPS this morning.

My supper got altered slightly. Still had fresh linguine with Alfredo sauce with mojo chicken breast plus Brussels sprouts in sauce on the side. Fit for a king.

Layer ice cream sandwiches in a square pan.
Warm up some hot fudge in a bowl then stir in some peanut butter. Pour about half of it on the sandwiches.
Then spread on some cool whip.
Now do another layer of sandwiches, then fudge stuff, then cool whip.
Drizzle some fudge on top and sprinkle on some peanuts.
Then break into the kids Easter baskets and steal a couple of the Reeses peanut butter eggs. Chop them up and sprinkle those on top too.

SSSOOOOO good and easy. My husband didn't even know it was ice cream sandwiches. He asked me how I made chocolate cake so thin.
Thanks for sharing this is something we will def try this summer.

That's it, I'm moving in.

SuzyQ can let my room out next week because I'm coming to visit.

Now I suppose I'd better start dreaming up tomorrow night's dinner...

After seeing what Grannysroost had last night, I am making pinto beans tonight. I will make some fried potatoes, spinach souffle, and sweet corn bread. This meal make me think of home West Virginia . My mom made this meal a few times every month.

Debsi, your room will be ready. The kids are out from school next week so you can help me watch them.

I do have to say this site has helped me be more creative with my cooking. I come here when it is time to make my grocery list and meal plan each week to get ideas. So thanks to all of you great cooks out there.
