Geez, everyone sounds like they had some outstanding meals tonight! And after seeing Nomadicus' dinner, I really wish they had smellavision for the internet....

My husband made baby back ribs with his own seasonings and then bathed them in some tastey Open Pit BBQ sauce on the grill. We had B&M Baked Beans for a side with some nice biscuits.

Had pizza for dinner around 8 p.m. Now I'm thinking of going to Wal-Mart to get cupcake papers so that I can make cupcakes from a box.

Best to cook at night instead of the heat of the day. Though it gets pretty hot at night too!
