The best of times! Like I said before, Ft. Lauderdale practically invented the '80s!

Pure Platinum is scheduled to be knocked down. They auctioned the contents already.

What are they going to build there instead? Another condo?

I've spent money in there but not in the last 20 years!

The article had pics in the link and everything looked nasty.....I wish the owner/founder Michael J. Peter would write a book about his club experiences in Florida (he owned 135 of them total) so he definitely has to have some good stories from the clients to the stage stories.

Worst part for me in strip clubs (as well as casinos) is the smoking, I don't smoke and I don't have a lot of tolerance for the heavy smoke those places tend to have. I was at a high end place last year and the influx of Russian-like girls (instantly I think eastern European gypsies) really was a turnoff.

The old golf course and driving range across the street is now multi-million dollar homes so it wouldn't surprise me if it became condos.

Just picture the henchman's skanky girlfriend with a medium accent in any James Bond or any muscle head American conquering bad guy in Europe movie.

Septembers restaurant was owned by Steve Vincent. I was electrical contractor who did all of his electrical for all of his clubs. Roland's was a place run by one of his managers Roland. I knew both of them very well as the electrical contractor we did the electrical work on all of the restaurants including LeTris.
