Nowhere in the midwest other than maybe Chicago, that whole region sucks and definitely nowhere in Texas. I'd avoid most of the south as well, save for a few places here and there.
I don't really have a desire to live in any other cities besides NYC and Atlanta. But in the future I would definitely consider traveling overseas and looking at other cities.

Any of the big cities,NYC, LA, Chicago,Miami, New Orleans,Dallas, etc.. I think more telling is where I would move, Amarillo, Abilene, Oklahoma City, Charleston,WV. Smaller, secondary cities.
I have not been to too many cities that I would truly be miserable living in. Wichita Falls is the one that jumps out the most. I would include El Paso, too, as my significant other used to live there and I've spent a lot of time there over the past few years, but it's grown on me just enough that I think I could just about survive.
Most of the cities that I feel like could be in that category I have not been to so I can't accurately pass judgment right at this moment. That list would include, say, Houston, Dallas, Las Vegas, Orlando...really, I would not have fun in most huge, totally car-oriented cities.
