I agree with the first three, but swap Mexican plates with Louisiana plates. I've only seen a couple plates (one Nuevo Leon and one Chihuahua) from Mexico. In El Paso, you see Chihuahua EVERYWHERE.

Funny enough here in Las Vegas I see a lot of plates from Hawaii. The most common out of state plates are obviously California but I do see a lot from Hawaii which always gives me a laugh b/c obviously they didn't drive the car all the way here.
