Omaha is a center for organ transplants... For those of you who remember the little girl in Minneapolis who's intestines were sucked out by a pool drain, she came to Omaha for a series of transplants, and this is where she unfortunately passed away despite the transplants.

Boston has Long Wood Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Children's Hospital, Dana-Faber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical etc. These are some of the best hospitals in the world.

You'll do well in any city. My partner is a cardiologist here in SF, but he is originally from Missouri and all of his chums from college are doing quite well all over the country.
