What's to dislike about this beautiful city? Is it the endless cultural opportunities, sporting events, food par excellence, fabulous people, reality in the streets, segregated but also integrated so well, beautiful seasons, well-educated individuals, the second to none music, and architecture most cities dream of possessing?
People talk about New York and Los Angeles as cultural centers, but Chicago has something neither of them have fully, which is pride in culture. People in New York and Los Angeles go with the city, but in Chicago, the city goes with the people.

If I could afford it, Id live there in a heartbeat. But instead Im stuck in the burbs, which are also incredible, so I guess I could say Im a lucky SOB. lol
Also, no city knows how to take advantage of good weather like Chicago. The best time to go there is in May/early June when the weather starts to get really warm. People are in the streets 24/7.
Not gonna lie...Chicago's pretty amazing. I'll actually be there this weekend and I'm pretty pumped for the diversity of restaurants. I'm tempted to just roll down Clark going from place to place dropping 10 bucks here and there spending an entire day just....eating. It's conceivable that I could actually gain 80 pounds from this.

Isn't there like a >10% sales tax? I bet that's a lot of fun.
