We will be relocating to the area soon, and after some research, decided we want to live in a house districted for Northwest Guilford High, kids are both in H.S. and this seems a good fit.
We are moving from the mid-south, and currently live in a neighborhood that has a pool, a tennis court, and some great neighborhood activities like Supper Club, Ladies night, Book club etc. We are hoping to find something similar around there.
Anything? Anyone? Am I too high? Too low? Of course looking online, but need to know the neighborhood feel. I know some people hate mcmansions, but we're not terribly opposed to a neighborhood like that.
I would look into the Henson Forest neighborhood off of Highway 150 (Oak Ridge Road). They have tennis courts and a community pool with a swim team that competes in the city meet. The homes are all newer and in your price range.

Thanks for responding! These home are very nice, but they are in Northern Guilford, not NorthWest Guilford High school district.
Opps - I didn't realize Northern crossed over to the west of Highway 220. Check out the Arbor Run neighborhood off of Haw Meadows Road. It has a Kernersville address, but they go to NWHS.

Thanks, that seems to be popping up a lot in our home search, looks like a nice neighborhood!
