That should be a good location for them. Busy commercial/industrial area without much competition.

That’s less than a mile from where I live. Looking forward to it.

Rumor has it a grocery store is going in behind the Spinx but that seems odd to me because the only one that I cant think of would be maybe Ingles or Harris Tetter. Publix and food lion are too close. I guess it could be another neighborhood market but they usually have their own gas pumps.

Maybe Lowe's Foods?

Also the Bi-Lo in Mauldin at the other end of Ashmore Bridge Rd will remain vacant for now as the Habitat Restore has decided to go into part of the old Bi-LO at Woodruff and Butler next to Planet Fitness.

So.. This is interesting.. QT on Harrison Bridge Rd, I believe it was Friday jumped up to $3.49

Going by this AM, it's down to $3.34-ish

The Circle K there in Fountain Inn.. $3.12. They had jumped up to about $3.36 last week, but dropped back down after a couple of days. They've been at $3.12 since last Thursday or so.

If you do the "EZ Pay" there it's $3.06.

So, the 'anyone' price was 37 cents different.Which is past significant.

Every place I saw was at $3.49 over the weekend from home to Anderson, and back through Belton, Williamston and 418 back to 385. Monday morning, at least 3 of the stations I passed that were $3.49 were down to $3.39 or lower. I havent been able to get to the new Circle K yet. Just dont go that way enough to remember its there.

The price of crude oil jumped last night during the SOTU address. It's possible that we may see that price increase in the next day or so. Let's hope not.

Most likely we will see $3.69 here in the next few days and most likely above $4 for regular unleaded at the end of the month if this war keeps on going. For us regular folks, it is starting to hurt the wallet to have her fill up now.

Well, Circle K has gone up, but I think it was $3.36 this AM. QT had dropped to about $3.34. But, I suspect by the time I drive by it on the way home it will have gone up.
