Good luck finding a cheap piece of land within walking distance of the water. Doesn't exist in this state.
Actually, relatively cheap land within walking distance of the ocean in Hawaiʻi does exist. Unfortunately, it's probably still cooling down (considering that fresh lava was flowing over it last month) and getting building supplies to it would present a bit of a logistical challenge.
I like small or "tiny" houses and not wasting money(if you choose to do so). At the same time, I think they should be clean and neat. So, I have to ask, is that an old dumpster?

Shipping container, Dumpster, Used washing macine,, who cares what it it. Its the attitude that coming to Hawaii to live like a bum or tramp is some acceptable thing. I wish they would post where they live so we can ask the same questions in their group and watch the sparks fly.
