The house has no interest in doing anything in an election year, probably won't do a thing until after 2016 their only answer is to "secure the borders" but they won't even pass a bill for funding.

We are not the only country experiencing this influx of immigrants, Italy, Jordan and Turkey are far worse from the civil wars in the mid east.

The problem goes all the way back to Regan's reward for illegals. Present non-enforcement efforts and states rewarding illegals have made things worse.

So what? The border could have been fixed before it became such a big issue, and all those times Republicans were in charge. The Democrats aren't complaining about there being a border crisis, it's Republicans. So, why didn't Republicans do anything before the situation got out of hand?

Oh, and, don't tell me what YOU want to do, tell me what the GOP wants to do. I don't care what any of you want, because they are, definitely and surely, going to be a hell of a lot more than what the GOP is brave enough to do.
Obama's been POTUS for 5 years now; it's on HIM to help stop illegal immigration in 2014. Please leave Bush 43 and Clinton out of it

It was a bad bill that rewards the illegals, delays mandatory E-verify for 5 years and doesn't require E-Verify on current employees. The bill is a massive porkster that does little to address the actual problems with our system.

Really? What were the immigration laws back in that day? In order for something to be illegal doesn't there have to be a law in place? Were immigration laws recognized by the world body in 1492? Was there a government in place with immigration laws when the Europeans came over?

Ask Eric Cantor why the house won't vote on Immigration Reform.

Cantor's useless and he'll be gone soon since Brat kicked his butt in the election.
