Of COURSE they are. I just moved some money from cash positions into some funds a few days ago. Every SINGLE time I do this, it tumbles. Every time. Next time I should let all you guys know.

The markets needed a healthy pull back after going straight up 20% for two months.

Public sector (457b) for the last 20 years, so maybe it was typically not offered in these types of plans - no idea. Sure wish I had had it earlier though.

Hahaha!! I'm just looking to recover from 2018. But I already said earlier - this has been a little too fast this last few weeks.

and if the pull back takes years to bounce back ? not something most of us with sizable portfolios hope for just so we can get a few dollars in
