Sorry Usario, that second paragraph sounded kind of mean. I didn't mean to be rude.

Does a non-Jew have to circumcise his sons? No.
Does a non-Jew have to keep Shabbos? No.
Does a non-Jew have to don Tefillin? No.
Because those are all commandments of the Torah.

A non-Jew just has to keep the 7 Noachide laws (and their subdivisions). One of the 7 is the prohibition to murder. Google noachide laws to find the list.
well is not the commandment thou shalt not murder in the Torah law or not? it is in the Torah law therefore according to Jews only then pertains to the Jews. Yet the Noahide laws which pertain to everyone hold that murder is agaisnt the law for everyone. How can this be? seems to me that there is a crossover and if a crossover how can the Jew state the laws God wrote in stone is for the Jews only?

IMO the laws written in stone by God are for everyone just as the Noahide laws are and the laws written for the Jew only are the 613 laws moses supossedly wrote.

So do you keep the Sabbath?
Do you eat Kosher?
Do you not wear Shatnez?
Do you wear Tefillin?

Why don't you do any of those things?

and what does any of this have to do with why the law thou shalt not murder is written in both the noahide law and the torah and the fact that the Jew believes the torah is ONLY for the Jew? Obviously the Jewish mind is incorrect on this point as the law thou shalt not murder is in BOTH laws showing this law is for everyone.

So we are on the same page. The only fly in the ointment is that the Noachide laws aren't written down in their own book, per se.

Yes there is an overlape and that is my point. The Jews believe the laws written in stone are ONLY for the JEWS, but because of the overlap we can see that the laws written in stone are NOT only for the JEWS but for everyone.
