Wichita: La Galette (French) is good: Chicken crepes for lunch on Tuesday are fantastic. I agree with Bomber burger.
Luciano's (Italian) in Mulvane seems to continually get better.
Anchor Inn (Mexican) in Hutchinson is good.

The Lumber Yard in Zenda. Hands down some of the best ribs I have ever eatin in my life.

Ricks on the west side of Pratt. It doesn't look like much but the food is good! Pratt also has a really good Chinese restruant, but I don't recall what it's called.

N&J Cafe at Lincoln and Edgemore in Wichita. Middle Eastern food: Shwarma, rolled grape leaves, etc., and reasonable prices.

Another place I would throw out there is Thai Tradition in Carriage Parkway in Wichita. Very good Thai.

I forgot to include Freestate Brewery in Lawrence. Their menu changes throughout the year so you never get bored. However, the overall taste is always consistent. Good atmosphere too.
