Too bad its in a bad and unsafe way however. Dangerous too. I would not venture near there, especially at night. I heard it was crawling with vagabonds.
I had also heard that they were once going to make it a retirement home or apartments for the elderly, kinda like the 3 taller buildings in downtown Bristol.... - Leisure Park Towers (in Bristol, VA), Fort Shelby Towers and Edgemont Towers (in Bristol, TN) - all which are 11 to 12 story tall buildings, which are apts for mainly the elderly. Seems to have been a good move, because even since they were built in the 1970s/80s, they have all stayed full of tenants. They should have just made ONE 36 story tall building.
