Finally finished all the towel laundry right before 4am. Nothing worse than mildewed towels if left out overnight. Would have had to toss them all, and that was two loads worth.
One of our upcoming projects is to replace the carpeting downstairs and near that bathroom with tile, preferably one that can withstand floods if it happens again. Second time for that little powder room bathroom. Its just a toilet and a sink. It's not the bathrooms fault. The first time it was the ex-neighbor, the second time the toilet it looks like. Since the water level was very low in the bowl.
As for the guy talking about divorce, that had to have been that 2008 post he was referring to. I am stuck with my stubborn husband for life, because you know those vows, for better, for worse...

Even though we did pass by that particular area where Ikea is now, over a year ago when coming back from Pahrump, I really cannot recall what was over there, because I was too tired to notice. Pahrump isn't much different than Mesquite, no downtown area. Pahrump is hopelessly spread out, and in need of some kind of core to the city. They may have to create a downtown from scratch! I found, passing through there to Death Valley, to be extremely depressing, and car-centric to the max!
