If I may add my own editing, #35 missed London's best venue for working off a hang: The Market Porter Pub near Borough Market. Nothing beats a full English and a pint of real ale as a morning cure.
London is one of the greatest cities in the world, but New York is #1.
Sorry, but I dislike the British accent, Left-side drive, the weather, high taxes.
I might suggest that London has better weather than New York! After all it has less rain and doesnt get the temperature extremes! Perhaps you could think of that the next time youre shovelling snow? :-)
Its a great city, no doubt about it. I like the 'headline' comment: my favourite was from the Sun one year: it was after Elton John got married and read "Elton takes David up the isle"!! As much as I hate the Sun it certainly was funny!
Lived there for a while - London is overrated, but it has many many great things about it.
