You may have come to a complete stop, but did you inch up a bit to get a better look down the road and then make your turn? That will get you a violation. You must come to a complete stop, and then wait 3 seconds and then make your turn. If you can't see down the road due to a tree in the way or something, do not inch up to get a better view if you wish to make your turn.
^^ Now that makes no sense. Im going to "inch" up if I cant see whats coming on the road Im turning onto. I will come to a complete stop behind the line. Then inch up. If I get a fine for that then Im fighting it.

This issue has been discussed here before. It is not necessary for a police officer to review or witness this violation because it is a civil violation, not a criminal violation. (The difference is that a police officer must personally witness a violation and personally serve the driver of the vehicle with a ticket in order for it to be considered criminal.) The red light camera violation does not appear on your driving record.
