(Parents and students, again, primarily determine the child's achievement in any case in every school district. Amount of homeowner taxes paid, particular teacher attitude, quality of athletic facilities, etc are and should be relatively insignificant in any accounting of student education earned.)
roosevelt high school should be worse then 31% if theres students smoking joints in the bathroom and having intercourse in the band rooms or even teavhers saying and doing racist thing and fighting students for standing up for themselves. this is probably one of the worst schools ive ever attended
