whats wrong with that description? Lets face it - you dont see many rich or upper middle class folks posting on C-D lately. The threads asking about high quality neighborhoods on LI get ignored, while the posts asking about bottom rung neighborhoods or places like Rocky Point, Massapequa, MPark get many responses.
